Working on the 'Cidades Inteligentes Municípios' (Smart Cities Municipalities Project), a research and extension initiative from IFBA Campus Irecê focused on modernizing public management. The digital ecosystem serves multiple municipalities (including Irecê, Presidente Dutra, Barra, etc.), impacting more than 140,000 citizens with solutions such as the 'Conecta Cidade' mobile app, web portal, and integrated administrative systems (Tax, HR, and Education). The project encompasses everything from process diagnostics and digitalization (SEI Bahia) to the structuring of municipal IT departments.

Contributed to the development of a digital management system for associations and cooperatives focused on solidarity economy across 20 municipalities in the Identity Territory of Irecê (Bahia, Brazil). The platform aimed to enhance local governance, promote social inclusion and sustainability, and facilitate data collection and decision-making for both public and civil managers.

Co-founded and developed a digital platform — web and mobile — that connects local businesses and consumers. Businesses register to promote discounts, offers, and events, while users access the app to discover real-time local deals. The platform encourages healthy competition, supports the local economy, and increases the visibility of emerging businesses.

Designed and implemented scalable data pipelines, optimizing ETL workflows and backend solutions using Python, Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies. Integrated diverse data sources, ensured efficient data processing, and collaborated remotely with cross-functional teams to improve system performance. Delivered custom backend solutions aligned with commercial platforms, meeting 100% of project deadlines.
